Ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Putar   mentega dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan telur dan putar hingga gebu.   Perlahankan kelajuan, masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan air,  hingga  habis, biasanya tepung terakhir sekali. Buah blueberri dicuci dan toskan. Lap dengan   papertowel hingga kering. Ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Putar mentega dan gula   hingga putih, masukkan telur satu persatu dan terus putar hingga   kembang. Masukkan esen vanilla, putar rata. Perlahankan kelajuan,   masukkan tepung serselang seli dengan susu segar hingga habis. Putar   sebati.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sudukan 3/4 penuh dalam muffin cup tadi, bakar 25 minit   atau hingga masak, hingga permukaan cupcake keperangan. Sejukkan atas   jaringan sebelum dihidangkan.. Blend 10 helai daun pandan bersama 150ml air masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;. Dapatkan 115ml jus pandan. Gunakan saputangan kecil yg bersih utk memerah. Kalau guna penapis mungkin &lt;br /&gt;habuk-habuk hampas daun pandan akan turut masuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt; Gunakan handmixer utk memukul Bahan (B).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;. Masukkan canola oil dan teruskan memukul. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;. Putar sehingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;. Masukkan jus pandan. Teruskan memutar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;. Teruskan memutar hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;. Boleh tambahkan sedikit pewarna hijau untuk menaikkan lagi warna hijau. Tak bubuh pun tak pe.&lt;br /&gt;9. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung. Dengan menggunakan spatula kacau setakat tepung hilang &lt;br /&gt;dari pandangan. Jangan terlebih kacau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;. Dengan kelajuan tinggi putar putih telur hingga kembang. Masukkan cream of tartar dan terus putar. Masukkan gula castor dan terus memutar hingga putih telur kental tetapi jangan terlebih putar. Cukup sekadar putih telur tidak tumpah walaupun mangkuk mixer diterbalikkan.&lt;br /&gt;Mula-mula tu teringat gak nak amik gambar mangkuk mixer diterbalikkan...tapi sapa pulak yg nak pegang bila Rinn nak amik gambar &lt;img src="http://rinnchan.fotopages.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif" align="absbottom" border="0" /&gt;. Kalau Rinn yang pegang, sape pulak yg nak amik gambar..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;11&lt;/span&gt;. Masukkan separuh dari putih telur kental tadi ke dalam bancuhan kuning telur yg dah jadik hijau tadi.. &lt;img src="http://rinnchan.fotopages.com/images/smilies/wink.gif" align="absbottom" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;12&lt;/span&gt;. Kaupbalikkan hingga rata. Jangan diputar. Jangan risau kalau adunan kelihatan "lumpy" atau berketul-ketul kerana memang itu yg resipi kehendaki untuk menghasilkan kek yang gebu dan berongga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;13&lt;/span&gt;.Tuangkan bancuhan di atas ke dalam mangkuk yg berisi separuh lagi putih telur yg telah dipukul kental tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;14&lt;/span&gt;.Kaupbalikkan adunan sehingga rata dan sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;15&lt;/span&gt;. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan chiffon dan dibakar di dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu to moderate 175 darjah cel. lebihkurang 20min awal. Bakar selama 40min - 45min.&lt;br /&gt;Tolong jangan lapik acuan dengan kertas minyak atau disapu dengan butter atau majerin. Cukup sekadar dilap dengan kain kering yg bersih. Dasar dan dinding acuan yg tidak bergris membantu "memegang" kek yang di dalam proses mengembang-naik. Rinn menggunakan api atas dan bawah semasa membakar kek ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Kek yang telah siap dibakar. Rinn bakar cukup-cukup 40 minit setelah dicucuk dengan lidi tester, ianya telah kelihatan elok masaknya. Segera keluarkan dari oven. Masak agar-agar, air dan gula hingga mendidih dan ketepikan dulu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul telur sebentar menggunakan whisker, kemudian masukkan susu dan tepong custard dan kacau hingga adunan ini rata, kemudian ditapis.&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah ditapis, satukan adunan telur dan agar-agar dan kacau lagi hingga rata, serta masak semula sehingga adunan mendidih. Kemudian, masukkan mentega dan vanilla dan kacau hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bahagikan adunan ke dalam 3 buah mangkuk. Bubuhkan koko ( yang sudah dicampurkan sedikit air) ke dalam salah satu adunan di dalam mangkuk dan kacau hingga rata. Adunan yang dalam 2 mangkuk lagi masing-masing diwarnakan dengan kuning dan merah.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Gunakan loyang berbentuk 4 persegi berukuran 9x9x3 atau loyang bentuk jantung ataupun bulat seperti yang dalam gambar.&lt;br /&gt;6. Merengkan loyang sedikit dengan menyangga salah satu hujungnya dengan buku atau lain2 benda yang keras. Tuangkan satu senduk makan adunan warna merah ke dalam loyang disusuli pula ngan sadu senduk makan adunan warna kuning dan satu senduk adunan warna coklat. Cairkan 60gm butter dan gaulkan. Tekan dalam loyang 22cm or 23cm dan sejukkan dalam petisejuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175 darj cel.&lt;br /&gt;2. Putar cream cheese hingga kembang. Masukkan gula, susu, jus lemon dan tepung jagung. Terus putar sampai kembang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan telur satu persatu. Selepas telur yang ke 4, putar lagi selama 7 minit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang adunan ke atas base biskut oreo.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bakar secara water bath selama 1jam atau sehingga masak bergantung pada oven masing-masing.&lt;br /&gt;6. Biarkan sejuk sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang. Satukan mentega dan krimwell dan pukul kelajuan maksima sehingga kembang dan ringan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ayak gula aising dan masukkan ke dalam adunan diatas bersama air susu.&lt;br /&gt;3. /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;LANGKAH PERTAMA :-&lt;/span&gt; Panaskan minyak sapi dalam kuali, hingga cair. Masukkan bawang besar hiris, bawang putih hiris, bahan tumis, serai dan 1 helai daun pandan. Bila harum, masukkan bahan2 kisar, rempah beriani dan sos tomato. Masak hingga terbit minyak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan ayam dan gaul rata. Tuang susu sejat dan tambah garam secukup rasa (dalam 1 camca teh, kalau kurang boleh tambah lagi), kecilkan api dan masak hingga ayam masak dan kuah pekat, biar kering sedikit. Ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;LANGKAH KEDUA :- &lt;/span&gt;Didihkan air (biar byk sedikit), masukkan daun panda. Bila air mendidih, masukkan beras tadi dan masak 5 - 6 minit hingga beras menjadi butiran yang lembut dan tidak keras. Angkat dan toskan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;LANGKAH KETIGA :-&lt;/span&gt; Sedikan periuk nasi elektrik, dan juga bahan2 tabur. Masukkan 1/3 bahagian nasi tadi, ratakan. Masukkan 1/2 bahagian lauk ayam, tabur gajus, bawang goreng, daun ketumbar, kismis, 1 helai daun pandan dan sudukan bancuhan susu dan koma2 ke beberapa bahagian nasi. Tambah 1/3 bahagian nasi lagi dan lakukan kaedah yang sama.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;LANGKAH TERAKHIR :- &lt;/span&gt;Untuk lapisan terakhir tabur bahan2 lebihan dan tanak sekurang2nya 30 minit menggunakan rice cooker elektrik. Gemburkan nasi dan boleh hidangkan. (resepi 1)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;14 biji(A)/840 gm telur&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;800 gm gula pasir(dijemur-akak x jemur pun)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;460 gm tepung gandum(dijemur-akak x jemur pun)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; minyak(utk glis acuan)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Telur dipukul bersama gula hingga kembang.Kemudian masuk tepung gaul hingga sebati.Panaskan acuan dan sapu dengan minyak masukkan bancuhan dan bakar hingga masak.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Note:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Acuan kena betul-betul panas kalau tidak nanti melekat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;Baulu /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/2  cawan tepung gandum &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1  biji telur&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;pewarna&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/2  cawan kelapa parut&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA::&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A)santan pekat ,gula , daun pandan , masak didlm periuk hingga mendidih..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;~ tepung beras , tepung ubi , tepung gandum ,telur  dan pewarna ..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;kacau hingga sebati bersama 1 cawan santan atau air..(didlm mangkuk)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;~ bila santan sudah mendidih , tuangkan kedlm bahan yg dikacau hingga &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;sebati didlm mangkuk tadi...(kacau lagi)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) sagu rendang direndam atau dibasuh hingga kembang (5-10 minit)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;kemudian toskan..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;~ gaulkan , sagu rendang + kelapa parut + sedikit garam...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;masukkan kedalam loyang [tekan-tekan hingga padat]dan kukus (10-15 minit)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C)kemudian ..tuangkan bahan (A) kadalam loyang yg dikukus tadi(B)..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;dan kukus lagi hingga (15-30 minit)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span garam&lt;br /&gt;100 g   gula&lt;br /&gt;150 g  tepung&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh serbuk penaik&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blh&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4  putih telur&lt;br /&gt;90 g gula&lt;br /&gt;1/8 sudu teh cream of tartar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuatnya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Tuangkuning telur, gula dan minyak sayuran ke dlm mangkuk pengadun&lt;br /&gt;2.  Tambah baki bahan2 ramuan di (A) kedlm mangkuk&lt;br /&gt;3.  Adun(A) hingga tida berbintil-bintil. ketepikan sebentar&lt;br /&gt;4.  Pukul putih telurdi(B) sehingga lembut dan kembang. tambah gula dan krim tartar.&lt;br /&gt;      pukul hingga pekat.&lt;br /&gt;5. /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-pukul telur hingga kembang&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-masukkan gula ,susu, minyak&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-didihkan air dan dicampurkan dgn koko&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu sos tomato&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu gula&lt;br /&gt;ikan siakap digoreng dgn tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;buah lemon [dihiris sebagai hiasan]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMASAK&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Tumiskan bawang merah ,bawang putih,halia..&lt;br /&gt;-Masukkan kesemua sos diatas&lt;br /&gt;-Masukkan cili merah,serai,lada bengala&lt;br /&gt;-Masukkan gula&lt;br
